TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
